Who We Actually Are
14 people. Fully remote since November 2023. Officially founded March 19, 2025.
But we've been doing this a lot longer than that. Our team has been writing code since 1997. Spent the last 15 years building products for US startups, New York, Austin, San Francisco. We've prototyped hundreds of MVPs.
After 15 years helping other startups ship, we wanted to build our own product. So we started Norveon and built Arheev. Same tight deadlines, same limited resources, same problems every startup faces. Now we help others navigate what we just went through.

Arheev is our HR platform. We use the same stack we recommend to clients. When we hit problems building it, we learn what works and what doesn't.

What We Build
We've been prototyping startups since 2010. Hundreds of MVPs. From New York to San Francisco. Now we use React, TypeScript, and Node.js, but we've worked with pretty much everything over the years.
Full Stack Product Development
We build the whole thing. Frontend in React + TypeScript. Backend in Node.js. Mobile with React Native if you need it. Database, deployment, the works.

Recent example: Rebuilt a FinTech dashboard from 2019 class components. Took four months. Now users can actually find things without calling support.
Mobile Apps (React Native)
We're building Arheev Mobile right now, so we know where the problems are. Android and iOS from one codebase. Works offline. Syncs when you're back online.
Real example:
Current challenge: Spent three weeks on Android's 16KB requirement. Not glamorous, but necessary.
Web Applications
Fast, responsive sites that work on phones. We use modern frameworks (React, TypeScript, Astro for content). Build systems that actually scale.
Real example:
This site is Astro + React. Loads fast, works without JavaScript. SEO-friendly because Google still matters.
Third-Party Integrations
Need to connect to Stripe, Twilio, or some other API? We've done it all. We handle auth, data syncing, error handling, the whole nine yards.
Real example:
Integrated Stripe Billing for a FinTech app. Took two weeks to get everything working smoothly, including webhooks and error cases.
Technical Consulting
Got a project that's stuck? Need someone to review your architecture? Want help debugging a gnarly performance issue? We can probably help.
Real example:
Usually 1-2 week engagements. We jump in, help solve the problem, document what we did, then get out of your way.

We Built This Because Spreadsheets Were Killing Us
For years we tracked time off in Google Sheets. Employee records in Notion. Documents in Drive. Someone asks "how many vacation days do I have?" and you have to open three tabs and do math.
We tried existing HR platforms. Too simple (basically nicer spreadsheets) or way too complex (enterprise systems for 500+ people that need training to use).
So we built Arheev. Launched February 2025. HR management without the complexity.
What We Learned:
- •Simple features get used, complex ones get ignored
- •Platform requirements change (Android 16KB took 3 weeks to handle)
- •Real user feedback beats assumptions every time
Building our own product means we understand the challenges you face.
What Arheev Actually Does:

No AI making decisions. One AI feature: flags potential conflicts when reviewing time-off requests. That's it.
